Refund and Return Policy
Due to the health and safety concerns, we DO NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders unless there is a manufacturer defect. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Defective Item
If you have received damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us at service@tarobunny.com within 7 days of the delivery received date and provide a photo of the defective item and the packing slip with your order number, email, and full name.
If we made a mistake with your order we will cover all shipping and handling.
